By creating an account or using No2Dowry, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to marry, and seeking a matrimonial alliance. No2Dowry is strictly for matrimony, not dating.
3. The dowry-free pledge
You commit not to give or take dowry. Soliciting or demanding dowry is a serious violation and grounds for immediate removal and reporting.
4. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Acceptable use
No harassment, fraud, impersonation, obscene content, or illegal activity. Do not misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent safety systems.
6. Verification
We may require identity verification. We may suspend or remove accounts that fail verification or violate these Terms.
7. Content
You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a licence to display it for operating the service. You are responsible for what you share.
8. Payments
Optional paid features are billed as described at purchase and are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable app-store billing rules.
9. Disclaimers & liability
No2Dowry facilitates introductions; we do not guarantee outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
10. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [your jurisdiction].
